- Student Conduct Code
This document outlines expectations of behavior for individual students and student organizations and the processes that are followed upon alleged violations of this code.
This code applies to:- All persons
- taking courses at the university, either full-time or part-time, pursuing undergraduate, graduate, professional, or continuing education
- those students who withdrew after allegedly violating the Student Conduct Code
- those who are not officially enrolled for a particular term but who have a continuing relationship with the university
- those who have been notified of their acceptance for admission
- persons who are living in University owned or operated housing though not enrolled in this institution
- all CSU students enrolled through University programs who are studying abroad or at other remote locations, including the Denver campuses
- All recognized student organizations/clubs with any number of persons who officially have complied with formal requirements for registration/recognition as a University student organization or sport club.

This manual provides detailed information on university services, courses of instruction, and the University's policies and guiding principles, including the Commitment to Diversity, Freedom of Expression and Inquiry, Freedom from Personal Abuse, Nondiscrimination Policy, Sexual Harassment Policy and Students' Rights.
The bulletin provides information on the areas of graduate study, admission requirements and procedures, and degree-specific and graduate-level policies and procedures.
This law outlines certain rights afforded to students regarding their educational records.
This handbook provides a wealth of information regarding living in a residence hall including all applicable hall policies.
